No paid package is required to unlock StateMirror runtime capabilities.

The following tools help developers understand the evidence boundary and work with Core. Neither replaces the StateMirror runtime.
StateMirror Developer Plugin
AI-assisted guidance for locating decision boundaries, selecting relevant evidence, reviewing capture integrations and testing against an authorized local Core instance.
The developer owns the application, evidence selection and capture-failure policy. The plugin does not authorize access, execute application actions or become the evidence ledger.

Evidence Workbench
An educational browser-based demonstration of StateMirror integrity behavior. Modify example evidence and compare it against a fixed receipt.
The Workbench does not operate a hosted StateMirror instance or preserve customer evidence.
Artifacts and licensing
StateMirror Standard, Commercial Annual and Commercial Perpetual provide versioned self-hosted artifacts under their respective license terms.
These are packaging and licensing choices, not feature tiers. They do not add runtime capabilities to Core or provide managed hosting.
The complete Apache-2.0 Core remains available without a purchase.

PlanSignal, DenySignal and ExpirySignal expose focused application-state facts. They remain independent supporting products and may contribute evidence to a StateMirror snapshot.
None is required to run StateMirror Core. StateMirror accepts application-defined JSON without requiring a Signal-specific schema.

StateMirror Production
A proposed maintained production lifecycle, including validated releases, tested upgrades, restore verification, diagnostics, security maintenance and release provenance.
Production is not currently available. Existing Standard and Commercial purchases do not include this planned lifecycle.

StateMirror Assurance
Independent integrity anchoring remains a concept under exploration. It is not an existing Core capability or a purchasable offer.
An independent anchor would address a different trust problem than local hash-chain verification. It would not prove that an application's submitted facts were true.
