Support exists only to correct defects in shipped code.
SUPPORT INCLUDES
- Bug reports accepted (no SLA).
- Documentation clarifications (best-effort).
- License and delivery issues (order / retrieval failures).
SUPPORT EXCLUDES
- Implementation assistance.
- Architecture consulting.
- Emergency response or on-call.
- Guarantees of fitness, uptime, performance, or compliance.
RETRIEVAL FAILURES
Purchases are issued via webhook ingestion into a local license ledger. If retrieval fails, email founder@simple-states.com with your receipt.
