SimpleStates is self-hosted, signal-only software.
Support exists to correct defects in shipped artifacts, clarify documentation, and resolve purchase or retrieval issues.
SimpleStates support does not operate your system, make architecture decisions, or provide emergency response.
SUPPORT INCLUDES
- Bug reports for shipped code.
- Documentation clarifications.
- License, receipt, artifact, and retrieval issues.
- Reasonable defect review by best-effort email.
SUPPORT EXCLUDES
- Implementation assistance.
- Architecture consulting.
- Production monitoring, emergency response, or on-call coverage.
- Custom integration work.
- Guarantees of fitness, uptime, performance, or compliance.
RETRIEVAL FAILURES
Standard purchases are issued through Stripe, recorded in the SimpleStates ledger, and fulfilled through artifact retrieval.
If retrieval fails, email founder@simple-states.com with your receipt and purchase email.

Standard artifacts are purchased directly on this site. Commercial, bundle, enterprise, and held items may require manual fulfillment.
