SimpleStates support is best-effort email support for shipped artifacts: code defects, documentation clarification, licensing, receipts, and retrieval issues.
It does not include implementation assistance, architecture consulting, production monitoring, emergency response, on-call coverage, custom integration work, or an SLA unless separately agreed.

Standard purchases are issued through Stripe, recorded in the SimpleStates ledger, and fulfilled through artifact retrieval.
If retrieval fails, email founder@simple-states.com with your receipt and purchase email.

Standard artifacts are purchased directly on this site. Commercial, bundle, enterprise, and held items may require manual fulfillment.
