Terms of Service
These Terms govern your purchase, download, retrieval, and use of SimpleStates software products and related artifacts.
By purchasing, downloading, retrieving, or using SimpleStates software, you agree to these Terms.
SimpleStates products are delivered as self-hosted software artifacts, which may include source code, configuration files, documentation, examples, and release archives.
SimpleStates does not provide a hosted service, managed runtime, account portal, control plane, dashboard, background worker, or production operations layer.
Standard artifacts may be fulfilled through automated retrieval after successful purchase processing.
Commercial, bundle, enterprise, held, or custom items may require manual review, separate confirmation, or manual fulfillment.
You are solely responsible for deploying, configuring, operating, securing, monitoring, and maintaining the Software in your own environment.
This includes responsibility for system behavior, data handling, data integrity, availability, compliance, security, backups, and operational outcomes.
SimpleStates products emit deterministic state signals only. They do not authenticate users, authorize actions, enforce policies, make decisions, execute workflows, charge accounts, grant access, revoke access, notify users, or guarantee outcomes.
Applications are responsible for all decisions, enforcement logic, business rules, user-facing behavior, and operational consequences built on top of emitted signals.
Support is limited to best-effort review of shipped artifact defects, documentation clarification, licensing issues, and purchase or retrieval failures.
Support does not include implementation assistance, architecture consulting, production monitoring, emergency response, on-call coverage, or custom integration work.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleStates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase, retrieval, deployment, operation, or use of the Software.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
